No. We don’t predict accidents. An assessment describes tendencies in the face of risk; it doesn’t foresee what will happen.

We don’t promise to reduce incidents. A causal claim with no evidence behind it is an empty promise.

A behavioral diagnosis is the most common entry point to this service line.

It includes scoping and coordination; assessment with HAL 2 – Accident Proneness Assessment, when relevant to the project; psychological and behavioral interviews; cross-analysis of results; identification of behavioral strengths and gaps; and closing meeting and presentation of findings.

Carolina Jeneral González (Organizational Psychologist, Founder and Director) leads the consultancy, with more than 25 years in recruitment and selection and close to two decades in the mining industry.
