Change Management
Change that reaches the operation.
There is a gap between the board’s decision and the 4 a.m. shift. That is where we work.

The problem
Most changes don’t fail because of poor design. They fail in the handoff.
A directive is approved at the top, sent out by email and considered done. Months later nobody is following it, and the easy conclusion is that “people resist change.” It is almost never that: the change was never translated into what someone has to do differently on their shift.
Barriers
We identify what is holding adoption back: workload, incentives that push the other way, built-up distrust or a procedure that doesn’t fit the field.
Leadership
The shift supervisor decides whether a change happens or gets shelved. We work with the people who sustain it day to day.
Communication
We translate the board’s directive into the language of the operation, so it arrives as something actionable and not as one more memo.
How we work
From diagnosis to follow-up.
